Hey there!

I'm Angel Piontek, Associate Broker and Vice President of Marketing at Coldwell Banker Elite in Fredericksburg, VA.  Thanks for taking the time to get to know more about me. My background prior to real estate is in advertising and graphic design.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Communications and jumped into the fast-paced advertising world in New York City immediately after college.

That first-hand experience in advertising has armed me with the knowledge and tools to best serve the needs of my clients.  I believe in utilizing technology to its best potential.  Each situation and home is unique and I will create a customized strategy based on the needs of each individual client and home.

SMART HOME: Besides my love for design and real estate, I am huge smart home enthusiast.  We are living in an amazing time where we are able to interact with our homes in a whole new level.  The increasing ubiquity of smart products has redefined the home with a practical consideration for what the typical, modern family needs.  Smart home technology is not only for the tech savvy consumer anymore, homeowners of all generations are investing in smart home technology based on their needs and what problems it can solve in their household. Over the past few years, I’ve made it a mission to help agents understand the value that connected devices can bring when selling a home. I've had the pleasure of speaking at various conferences within the real estate industry as well as outside. I was a subject matter expert (SME) for Coldwell Banker’s smart home certification course, the first in the industry. I also served as an SME for the smart home certification course launched in 2018 by the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). RRC is part of the National Association of Realtors family of designations and certifications.
